The “Digital Counter” website provides online application for real estate registration service. Through “Non-full-process” online application, application form can be submitted online, and the other paper documents, such as contracts and certificates of land ownership, can be mailed to the land office where the real estate is situated. Applicants and their agents shall not to be in-person. Besides, the MOI has added 18 new "full-process" online application for land registration since November 1, 2023, which reducing the number of paper documents and gradually achieving the goal of paper-free!
