The housing price index is calculated based on actual declaration data of real estate transaction cases, and it is compiled quarterly and provides information on the trend of housing prices across the country and six municipalities.Since the 4th quarter of 2018, this index has been compiling by the method of ”Repeat-Sales Method with matched model”. By searching for similar houses that are highly similar to the current quarter sale cases and have substitution, then calculate and compare their price changes at different time.
