1.These points are set to provide the basic control measurement results for various circles in order to reach to the purpose of sharing data.
2.The basic control measurement results provided in these points are as follows:
(1)GPS measurement results.
(2)Height measurement results.
(3)Gravity measurement results.
(4)Previous basic control measurement results.
3.The data of GPS measurement results are categorized as follows:
(1)Data regarding raw data files and exchange format received in Satellite Tracking Station everyday.
(2)Data regarding the absolute coordinates of Satellite Tracking Station and the first-class, the second-class satellite control points and the first-class level point, 2-degree transverse Mercator projector coordinates and standard deviation.
(3)Data regarding the attribute data, site description, chart, Layer/Alpha, photos, topographic map and 3-D satellite image etc. data of Satellite Tracking Station and the first-class, the second-class satellite control points.
(4)Data regarding rough value of the absolute coordinates of Satellite Tracking Station and the first-class, the second-class satellite control points and the first-class level point, and the 2-degree transverse Mercator projector coordinates.
The unit of rough value of absolute coordinates and 2-degree transverse Mercator projector coordinates set forth in item 4 of above article is meter and the value of its unit is represented by ‘0’.
4.Application for GPS measurement results and the ways of supply is as follows:
(1)To apply for the data regarding above 1) of 3, is required to fill up the application (as attached Form 1), describing the data category to be applied, the name of satellite tracking station, the time of receiving data, the purpose of applying for data etc., and apply to Ministry of the Interior (hereinafter referred to as this Ministry), and retrieve data via Internet according to the set account and deadline.
(2)To apply for the data regarding above 2) of 3, is required to fill up the application (as attached Form 1), describing the data category to be applied, the name of point, the purpose of applying for data etc., and apply to Ministry of the Interior) which will be supplied through Internet.
(3)As for the data regarding above 3) and 4) of 3, may be searched on World Wide Web without application.
The supply of data regarding above 1) of 4 shall be limited within 6 months before the date of application; if the applied data over 6-month deadline, which will be supplied with CD and some fees will be charged as per the standard as attached Form 2.
5.The data of height measurement results include the height value, height rough value, attribute data, site description, chart, layer/Alpha, and photos of the first-class level point.
To apply for above height value is required to fill up the application (as attached Form 1), describing the name of point to be applied, the purpose of applying for data etc., and apply to this Ministry, which will be supplied through Internet. As for rest data may be searched on World Wide Web without application.
The unit of height rough value is meter, and ‘0’ represents the value of its unit.
6.The data of gravity measurement results include gravity value of absolute gravity point, the first-class gravity and the first- class level point; to apply for which is required to fill up the application (as attached Form 1), describing the name of point to be applied, the purpose of applying for data etc., and apply to this Ministry, which will be supplied through Internet. As for rest data may be searched on World Wide Web without application.
The unit of rough value above gravity value is mGal and ‘0’ represents the value of its unit, which may be searched on World Wide Web without application.
7.To apply for the Taiwan Regional Datum and Coordinates System Conversion Calculation Program, and Taiwan Regional Geoid Undulation Calculation Program is required to fill up the application (as attached Form 1), describing the purpose of applying for data, the depository, the depository’s name, ID No., address, telephone number and email address, and apply to this Ministry, which will be supplied through Internet.
8.Previous-year basic control measurement results are as follows:
(1)Triangulation points results of Taiwan, Republic of China.
(2)The first-class level point examination results of Taiwan, Republic of China.
(3)Taiwan regional coastal land measurement control points results.
(4)Taiwan regional land measurement level points results.
Any organization, school and publicly operated institution may make a written application for above data to this Ministry as necessary for business.
9.If the satellite tracking station and basic control points are located at military area, the data of their various results shall be deemed as confidential, or will be non-confidential if which are located at other areas.
The data of above confidential basic control measurement results are limited to provide for organization, school and publicly operated institution, and for which apply shall fill up the application (as attached Form 1), describing the data category to be applied, the name of point, the purpose of applying for data, the depository, the depository’s name, ID No. The data will be supplied after the application is transferred by this Ministry and with approval of Ministry of National Defense
The confidential data of basic control measurement results shall be kept by a designated person, and included in the transferred items, and should not copy or deliver to others for the purpose of use, nor bring abroad without the consent of Ministry of National Defense.
