In Taiwanese traditional thought -“real estate will bring wealth,” which means that owning a real estate is an ultimate life goal.In the end of August 2019, total number of unmarried people who owns more than one real estate are 548,142, which male takes 280,739 and female takes 267,403.Observing from the cities and counties, New Taipei city leads the most people mentioned on the above, followed by Taipei city. Also, female’s numbers are more than male’s, which indicates that female’s capability of buying real estates enhance profoundly. Besides, the first and second rank of the non municipalities is Changhua County and Pingtung County.
