These Standards are adopted pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 3, Article 5 of Real Estate Appraiser Act (hereinafter referred to as "the Act").


Article 2

The applicant has over tow-year practical experience in real estate appraisal pursuant to Paragraph 1, Article 5 of the Act refers to one of the following situations:
1. The applicant must have accumulated the equivalent or more of two years of the appraisal experience in the offices of practicing real estate appraiser.
2. The applicant must have accumulated the equivalent or more of two years of the real estate appraisal experience in government agencies, state-run organizations, or registered private enterprises.
3. The applicant qualified for taking the special examination of real estate appraiser complied with Paragraph 2, Article 44 of the Act.


Article 3

The appraisal experience substantiating documents referred in the proceeding article refer to the following:
1. The applicant who works at government agencies or state-run organizations must submit the certificate of service stating the job position or job description by those agencies or organizations.
2. The applicant who works at the offices of practicing real estate appraiser offices or registered private enterprises must submit the registration documents of those practicing offices or enterprises and the certificate of service stating type of work by those offices or enterprises.
3. The applicant who qualified for taking the special examination of real estate appraiser complied with Paragraph 2, Article 44 of the Act must submit the qualified certificate (issued) by the Central Government Supervising Agency.


Article 4

The Standards herein shall be implemented from the date of promulgation.
